Degenerative Conditions - What They Really Mean

Introduction

On the other hand: appropriate movement, postural awareness, gradual strengthening, and activity modification, can significantly reduce pain and improve function.

In many chronic degenerative conditions, heat therapy is often more beneficial than cold, especially for stiffness and muscle tension. However, this should be guided by individual assessment.
